Exam Pass Guarantee Terms

Eligibility rules

1. Eligible purchase only. The guarantee applies only to the eligible paid practice-test product identified on the sales page or checkout page. It does not automatically apply to every bundle, add-on, free offer, or gifted access.
2. Recorded study activity required. Before taking the official exam, the customer must complete the required engagement activity on the eligible paid product under the same account or purchase email used at checkout.
3. Minimum engagement threshold. Unless a different threshold is expressly stated on the sales page or checkout page, eligibility requires at least five separate study days, at least three completed full practice-exam sessions, and at least two review sessions of missed or flagged questions recorded by CA Esthetician Prep.
4. Recorded activity controls. Eligibility is determined by CA Esthetician Prep's product records, including account activity, completed practice sessions, review activity, timestamps, and related engagement logs. Screenshots, self-reports, or statements from the customer do not replace missing recorded engagement.
5. Official exam required. The guarantee applies only after the customer takes the official exam. Practice scores, mock scores, or self-reported outcomes do not qualify on their own.
6. Proof required. A valid claim must include the purchase email, exam date, and a clear screenshot, PDF, or similar proof showing a non-passing result from the official exam.
7. Claim deadline. The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the official non-passing result unless a different window is expressly stated at checkout.
8. One refund only. The guarantee is limited to one refund per person, per eligible product, per exam track.

Exclusions

Claims may be denied in cases involving fraud, abuse, chargebacks, shared accounts, transferred access, fake or incomplete documentation, failure to take the official exam, failure to meet the required recorded engagement threshold, or attempts to manipulate, automate, or simulate study activity.

Affiliate sales

If an order tied to an affiliate or partner referral is refunded under this guarantee, that sale is not commissionable. If commission has already been paid, the refunded amount may be deducted from future payouts.

Manual review

All claims are subject to manual review. CA Esthetician Prep may request additional documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
